So your hair changes every 7 years...and my coif is certainly in a transitional period. Stick straight in some spots with frizzy kinks in others, the inconsistency is making me crazy. The cure? A Keratin Complex Infusion Therapy Treatment. This replenisher, with a high ph, systematically opens the cuticle and infuses keratin proteins and emollients into the hair. How to use? Either stop in for a treatment at Studio Z ($30+) or use at home by following these simple steps. After shampooing and conditioning, dispense a small amount into your palm and distribute evenly through towel dried hair. Blow dry and then flat iron into your hair.

This is what I came home to the other night! YUM! My husband prepared his rendition of a steak salad & totally WOWED me. Here is his recipe for a delicious spring steak salad.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 pounds beef sirloin steak     1/3 c. olive oil
3 T. Red Wine Vinegar                2 T. Lemon Juice
1 clove of garlic, minced              1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. ground pepper                    1 t. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. crumbled blue cheese       1-2 heads romaine lettuce, rinsed & dried torn into bite sized pieces
2 tomatoes                                  1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 cup sliced red onion               1/4 c. pimento stuffed green olives
1 avocado, sliced right before serving

1. Preheat the grill for high heat, indirect coals.
2. Lightly oil grate. Add salt and pepper to the steak and grill 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and tent with tin foil. Slice.
3. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in the cheese. Cover and place the dressing in the refrigerator.
4. Onto chilled plates arrange the lettuce, tomato, pepper, onion and olives. Top with the steak. Drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
